Ingredients: I 450 gr flour for general use 40gr cocoa powder 300g brown sugar 6gr baking soda 6gr baking powder II 20ml white wine 300 ml water 125 ml vegetable oil Procedure: 1. Por the flour into a container (I used what I had, mainly integral, rye and 1 spoon corn flour, just experimenting), pure cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and the brown sugar. Stir all the mixture together. 2. Mix the liquids in another container, the white vinegar, the vegetable oil (the best choice would be coconut oil) and the water. 3. Merge the 1st and 2nd mixtures together and stir well until getting the uniform mass. 4. Take a baking pan and dye its borders with oil to avoid that the cake migth stick at it after baked. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25min. 5. I have thrown a little coconut flakes fried in coconut oil and cocoa powder as icing but vegan cocoa chocolate would be perfect. This recipe became a little more popular because I had immediately requests to share the recipe. Of course the thickness depends also on how hungry you are. I proceeded further by cutting this prepared piece of watermelon in a cylindric shape. (Argh, explaining how to cut it seems to be harder than just doing it; however, I believe that you understood how to proceed by just looking at the picture 🙂 .) Put the cut piece in a somehow deep plate and pour the joghurt above. Stick pear pieces on the walls and top the dish with nuts, honey and cinnamon. Ready-steady-go! Yum, yum, yum. Enjoy your meal! P.S.: You need a knife, a fork and spoon to eat it slowly 😀 and to enjoy everyRead more …
