Eshte teper e thjeshte per tu bere dhe shijon, Oh Zot!!! Perberesit: I 450 gr miell per perdorim te pergjithshem 40gr kakao e paster pluhur 300gr sheqer kaf 6gr sode buke 6gr pluhur per pjekje II 20ml uthull e bardhe 300 ml uje 125 ml vaj bimor Procedura: 1. Perziej ne nje ene miellin (une perdora cfare kisha, kryesisht integral, theker dhe 1luge misri, kot per fiksim 😜), kakaon e paster, sode e bukes, pluhirin per gatim dhe 300 grap sheqer kaf. 2. Perziej ne nje ene uthullen e bardhe (funksionon dhe uthulla e molles), 125 ml vaj bimor (zgjedhja me e mire do ishte vaji i kokosit) dhe ujin. 3. Bashko perzierjen 1 me 2 derisa te perftosh masen e njetrajtshme. 4. Lyej anet e enes ku do e pjekesh me pak vaj dhe hidh masen ne te. Piqe ne 180 grade per 20-25min. 5. Une i kam hedhur pak coconut flakes te skuqura ne pak vaj kokosi dhe pak kakao siper se s’kisha cokollate vegane. Me cokollate do dilte akoma me i mire. Watermelon-Joghy Cake

  Watermelon, Check; Joghurt, Check… Hmmm, what could I prepare for lunch? Something refreshing and satiating, nutritive and vegan of course. Ingredients: 1/3 of a watermelon vegan yoghurt: 500 ml (natural or with different tastes) 1 pear dried fruit a pinch of cinnamon powder Preparation: Try to get a cilindric or cubic shape of the watermelon. What I did was first cutting the watermelon in half. Then I took one of the halves and cut it in a circular shape as thick as high I wanted my “cake” to be. Of course the thickness depends also on how hungry you are. I proceeded further by cutting this prepared piece of watermelon in a cylindric shape. (Argh, explaining how to cut it seems to be harder than just doing it; however, I believe that you understood how to proceed by just looking at the picture 🙂 .) Put the cut piece in a somehow deep plate and pour the joghurt above. Stick pear pieces on the walls and top the dish with nuts, honey and cinnamon. Ready-steady-go! Yum, yum, yum. Enjoy your meal!
